The room has a smell that you get used to it and it just bother you when you leave and reenter the room

We had early flight so we decided to stay at a hotel near airport. The hotel is close to the airport. It takes 5 mins to walk to the terminals.

The room smells terrible. We kept the window and AC open but unfortunately the smell did not go. We had a very bad sleep the whole night. The floor is not clean and looks dirty. We found cigarette ash on the floor. I doubt the smoke device works in the room….When we entered the room and found that the toilet had blood on the surface and called the hotel to come up and clean. Although they responded quickly but the experience was quite pleasant.Although the hotel has super location advantage, maybe they should not ignore the other qualities.

Location for transfers and good value for many

The location was perfect for what I needed. I needed to stay somewhere very close to Sanya Phoenix Airport and it was literally across the road. It took me a while to figure out how to get to the reception via best route for not using staircase but in the end it was very close. If they can explain how to get to the hotel from the airport in more details would be helpful.

Breakfast is good within a reasonable price despite limited varieties for westerners.

There was a smell at the room but I guess might be because of the humidity weather.

Walked to hotel from international terminal. Lots of food choices in the mall where the hotel is. Had lovely view of wooded hills from room.

No food available after 10 pm

Large room with comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting, and spotlessly clean. Do not let my comments below detract from the fact the hotel itself is great.

The method of payment!! We expected to use our VISA card to pay for the room. But no!! It didn't work. Luckily we had just enough cash with us to cover the cost of a one night stay, but otherwise we would have been in trouble. As we found out later, in China there are TWO types of visa card readers. One is blue, and works for local Chinese credit cards and bank cards. This was all the hotel had!! Yet it is an International hotel with flights arriving from all over the world. Some larger hotels, restaurants, and shops also have a RED card reader, which works perfectly with overseas credit and bank cards. An International Airport Hotel really needs to have a red card reader. We are appalled Booking.Com made NO MENTION of this fact anywhere, or drew our attention to the fact our visa card may not work in some places!! This needs addressing urgently - it almost ruined our trip!

Hotel check in staff couldn't be bothered and did very little to help.

Everything to do with the hotel staffing, particularly the manager who seemed to be absent.

The airport location is very convenient if your flight time is inconvenient, with it located right in front of the airport.I arrived in Sanya at 1 am, quickly went to the hotel for a shower and a sleep before moving to another hotel by the beach on the next day.

The hotel is not very clean. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes.

After a late flight you can be in your bed in no time. Breakfast is good.
